Deep Technical Expertise
Strategic guidance rooted in over 8 years of leading advanced genomics cores at world-class institutions.
Single-Cell Sequencing
We provide deep technical insight into single-cell platforms like 10x Genomics, focusing on optimizing sample quality and ensuring technical robustness across large cohorts and multi-omic assays.
- Teams launching large-scale single-cell initiatives
- Projects involving challenging clinical samples or rare cells
- Researchers moving from bulk sequencing to single-cell resolution
- Organizations seeking to standardize single-cell workflows
Spatial Omics
We provide end-to-end guidance for spatial omics studies, focusing on the critical technical requirements of platforms like Xenium, MERSCOPE, and GeoMx DSP. We ensure your tissue handling and slide preparation are optimized for high-quality data.
- Teams moving into spatial transcriptomics or proteomics
- Projects involving complex or rare tissue types
- Researchers seeking to integrate spatial and single-cell data
